I might be stupid and missing the entire plot but why isn’t plan A blow up the energy orb and sacrifice 12 kids for the greater good of all of Earth?

you cannot convince me that jane wouldnt be concerned at ALLLL for those women when it comes to this nuke-the-upside-down plan after what happened to her mother. we cannot be serious omfg. fingers crossed cuz we still have 1 ep left but i feel like the duffers wanted the labs secret to be shock value & make el confused about her future, yet they ignore the implications bc its not convenient for them to be acknowledged

I kinda got the vibe she was thinking about those women and they were in the back of her mind but I also have no clue how they would even attempt to save all those women and get them back without the military going batshit

i agree w the sentiment, but im also just looking at it from the perspective of like . defeating vecna and his supernatural goons in dimension X to save the kids before closing the gate is a way more difficult goal and theyre still gonna try to do that
