I think it’s because the metal is melting. U can see in other scenes there is like this white goo that melts metal. Some have theorized it’s due to the thessylhydra or whatever. Yea it looks weird but how else do u pull off the melting metal look without it looking weird. The shininess is probably bc of that goo. Will be interesting to see what it rlly is

I’ll look up melting metal. Looks more like melting plastic to me, but I’ll check into it
