There is just no evidence to support Mike having romantic feelings for Will And no foreshadowing for him being queer It could happen, it’s not a 0% chance. But it is highly unlikely due to the fact they’ve presented Mike to be uninterested in being romantically involved with Will

I have a lot of thoughts about Mike and El’s relationship (tldr: i don’t like it) but it does at least make sense plot wise Regardless of if I like the relationship or not, Mike does like el. He just cant tell her he loves her because his parents are in a loveless relationship and doesn’t know how to say “I love you” Nancy too… I don’t think shed told Jonathon on screen she loves him And she couldn’t say it to Steve either, but it’s hard to tell if she felt or not. So idk if I count it

like i really like eleven as a character and i also really like millie as an actress but from the theories that i've heard it makes sense if eleven has to like sacrifice herself in the end and than why wouldn't it be byler?? and will and mike are just cute together...

I think there’s been buildup on Wills side, he obviously has feelings for Mike, but I think there isn’t enough buildup to satisfyingly suggest Mike feels the same. With the homophobic thing I just meant I don’t really like watching gay relationships, Robin is a pretty minor character so it doesn’t bother me too much, but having two of the main characters get together would be annoying

but like seriously why does byler bother you so much? like to me it makes sense if mike and will would get together and honestly eleven and mike were like together for 4 seasons and mike and will would get together end of season 5 so it's not that deep...

That’s really poor writing. Even if you think that will and Mike are a good couple, Mike and elevens relationship has been the focus of the show. Yes will has feelings for Mike, but Mike and eleven have been building up for 4 seasons. Mike getting with will would be like Katniss choosing Haymitch in the final hunger games instead of gale or peeta. It hasn’t been set up long enough

Even is byler doesn’t end up together i don’t think el and mike are gonna stay together, mike couldn’t even say i love you to el until she was in danger, and only did it by calling her a superhero (she wanted to seen as more than just a superhero or a girl with powers)

I kinda feel like that was the arc of Mike last season, like he couldn’t say he loved her cause he was struggling with whether or not he wanted to be in this relationship, but he chose to say he loved her at the climatic moment of his arc last season

I may be remembering it wrong but i thought he said smthing like “i love you you’re my superhero” at the end of season 4 when max and el were tied up by vecna and el was trying to escape to save max

I thought she confronted him about this in the middle of the season, but then he kinda changed his tune on his encouraging speech at the end of the season. I could be wrong too tho lol

Yea she did confront him it was a whole “you never say i love you” and all he said was “i say it” but it’s obvious to the audience and el that he’s lying so el storms off, he doesn’t actually say it til the very end
