They talk about it a little in the Republic Commando series a little, a lot of the other projects were making like slaves for manual labor

Agreed, I’ve always thought this was a missed opportunity. There should’ve been an arc in the Clone Wars where the clones run into a private army the Kaminoans had previously manufactured, or learn about the cloned mining slaves on Subterrel that Dex mentions to Obi-Wan, or something like that

It reminds me of Cadmus in the Young Justice tv show. I do feel like it was a missed opportunity, but… it does leave some things open for new stories down the line.
