s3 should’ve had them separate, Mando is on a different arc on his own and Grogu is being trained by Luke and then decides to go back to Mando towards the end of the season. Basically an extension on what was happening during TBOBF except during s3 instead.

I just think it’s weird for Luke to make Grogu choose that early on. Obviously at some point there would need to be a decision, but by no means did it have to be made that quickly. After all Tarre Vizsla was a mandalorian Jedi
