I was going to say “what if Luke Skywalker turned evil” and then I remembered that “Return of the Jedi” originally ended with Luke Skywalker putting on Vader’s helmet and saying “I am Lord Vader.” I think they cut it early on and I’m not sure if that ending was ever actually filmed.
