You must be rage baiting right??? Please tell me you’re joking. Star Wars is forever peaked in the early versions of movies to show content. The fighting styles alone show how much work they put in to show their skills…

Rogue One is in my top 4. ESB, RoTS and ANH are the only ones I’ll put above it

Yes. I mean it’s not bad but saying it’s the best is quite crazy. I liked the tone and the sacrifice ending, but I liked it a bit more when it was called Halo Reach 😂 It might be the best in terms of visual effects though.

I think there’s room for nuance in this argument, I’ll be the first to say that Rogue One is the best Star Wars media, not just movie, that has a premise devoid of a lightsaber.

So, I am willing to amend my statement so long as we make it distinct that Order 66 is still very dependent on Jedi for its impact, but dissecting 66 through the clones (ie Tup, Fives, and Rex in the last season of Clone Wars) because of their emotional impact is something I can scede the mantle of ‘best Star Wars media without a lightsaber’

Oh man I swear this will surely enrage the other fans. Honestly Rouge One was 3-10 at best. Seen it and it is like watching a failed attempt of Forrest Gump or Avatar The Last Air Bender (movie).
