Good rule of thumb is a business casual outfit/dress (depending on your chapter) and modest clothing as well. A good way to find out is by asking one of your sisters who have been there

My chapter called pin attire: “professional, or church like attire.” Something you could wear to an interview that is nice and modest not saying you can’t show skin, but keep it as small as possible because you are the image of your organization at the end of the day.
