Sophomore for sure, junior isn’t too late but also most girls are freshmen/ sophomores when you rush so it’ll be easier to get closer to them

You can rush whenever is right for you!! Honestly rushing later gives you more of a chance to have met members of the sororities and feel out who feels best. While most do join either sophomore or freshman year, there is no rule and people even join as seniors (though tbh joining senior year would be hard cause you only get to be there for a year)
