It should not affect your chances, if it does that’s definitely not a house you want to be in. My PHA has accommodation plans for PNMs with disabilities and we have individual plans for making people with disabilities feel more comfortable. I would say look into what accommodation plans your PHA offers or contact your sororities individually about COBing into their chapter of accommodations are a concern
