As sad as it is to say, if you’re already stressed about finances, it might not be feasible. I went through something really similar and ended up leaving school because I just didn’t feel like the cost reflected the experience (college in general, not Greek life) but def talk to ur chapter that gave you the bid and see your options! Especially since you aren’t initiated yet! I was in the boat where I tried to tough it out for a term, paid new member and first term dues, got initiated, and 1/2
