I’m not in asu but I did recruitment twice. I would say do ur best to stand out, especially with ur stories and personality. We need something that’ll stand out to remember you.

TALK!! when i was a pnm i tried to be like soft n demure n normal to not be overbearing but trust me a yapper pnm is the dream. ur recruiter has prob spent the last 5 hours leading conversations w nervous insecure girls, pulling teeth trying to get anything other than the same 3 lame ass questions. be unique, tell a funny story, be memorable
