and women love unnecessary stress for slightly unserious things. at my college they find their lifelong brothers and best friends by essentially doing a week of sisterhoods (hanging out, doing activities etc.) meanwhile we subject ourselves to work week and being up from early morning to midnight for actual recruitment days with more rules stacked on top. i’ve only done it once and it was annoying to realize that the frats do pretty fine by just doing normal, relaxed things during normal hours.
