i have a pimple or something under my skin and it hurts so bad does anyone know how to get rid of it?

These pimples are called under the skin pimples. They have not yet developed the head use products like salicylic acid or a BHA to help the pimple develop a head and then put a patch on it.

Alternate between an Ice cube and a warm wet towel, and once it develops a head put a patch on!
