Just need a cleanser and a moisturizer to start. Add in a retinol based product in between if you want some anti aging. I use cerave products for all 3. Before bed, wash your face and then apply the cleanser. Pat dry with clean towel then apply retinol. Wait for that to air dry then moisturize. Done.

if you struggle with oily skin/clogged pores, incorporate a salicylic acid product and niacinamide for redness. spf is great if you’re outside a lot BUT most of them clog pores and don’t sit well under makeup so i’d recommend the matte universal tinted moisturizer (spf 46) by DRMTLGY

Dove bar soap, hylaronic acid serum, moisturizer, sunscreen! And eye care should start in your 20s so use eye cream

Start out slow w ingredients—you don’t always need serums and actives. Just start out w the basics and add as you go (if you need it)

eh eye wrinkles are hard to prevent with creams. retinol is good but it won’t treat deep wrinkles that would need to be treated with more intensive treatments. sunglasses, sunscreen, water, and vegetables are the best treatment long term
