just plain vaseline will protect it while it heals, or if it still hurts, you can use burn jel

It was also wayyyy bigger than this, it’s been healing really well but this little spot is really stubborn lol

Don't listen to whoever says vaseline. Put zinc ointment on it, or a baby rash cream. It'll work wonders

zinc ointment and baby rash cream are both vaseline (white petrolatum) plus zinc formulated for open wounds/seeping rashes. since we can see the wound is not open or seeping, vaseline will be cheaper, equally effective, and a college student (the main demographic of this app) is more likely to already have it.
