I started sleeping with a silk bonnet at night about 3 months ago and I think it’s really been helping with my skin. I have pretty oily hair, so keeping it off my face while I sleep has been helping a lot.

do y’all tie your hair up in a bun before you put it on? i have long hair so idk how to make it stay in the bonnet but ik it’s bad to sleep with your hair tied up

I’m struggling to find one that I can use—they never stay on my head and I struggle putting my hair in the ones I’ve tried (my hair creases super easily so I can do the pineapple method)

I use a silk scrunchie and tie up the long part of my hair in a ponytail

Kitsch makes a really nice adjustable bonnet, which can stay on easier than one that isn’t adjustable, and they’re even on sale on Amazon rn

i tie a satin scarf around my hair so there’s no crease and it helps give me volume and keep my hair from tangling in the bonnet. i put the evolve wide edge bonnet on top of that and then an eye mask on top of the bonnet. the eye mask keeps the bonnet in one place
