Personally I love clip studio so sounds good to me. It goes on sale pretty often so you should look out for that

If you don’t want to spend money on art programs a good alternative is Krita :)

Quick question about clip studio, it works for animation too right?

It’s ok, music programs are already sucking me dry so I’m used to it 🥲 thanks for the suggestion though

Yup, if you want to animate with it get Csp EX. It has its limits you can’t make super long animations but it works well and easy to get a hang of
