the guide lines you used to line up the top and bottom of the nose should be used to make the eyes too. draw parallel lines at that same angle but just farther up the face to make sure that the eyes and eyebrows align, because the left one appears to be lower than the left

I recommend using an asaro head for reference on general proportions and facial planes. You have a really good understanding of how to draw the features individually, but getting that median line and placing your guidelines down is just as important in this case. The loomis method will help with that too!
