Go back to the basics, EVERYHTING and I do mean everything, can be broken down into spheres, cubes/rectangles and prisms. Instead of trying to draw a character line by line, break the body down into their respective shapes (i.e sphere for head, eyes, nose, etc; cylinder for arms/legs etc etc) honestly your arts not too bad anatomy/proportions wise! Keep going!
