Try painting like sculpting! Look at the shapes on the face, ex: the nose. It's basically two triangles with holes in it. Then refine it, adding a bit of warmth to the shadows as well (this is coming from a traditional artist so I may be caping idk)

most of the neck and body looks accurate to the reference, but the left (our right) side of the face is composed of a lot more light values compared to the few spot highlights you added to your drawing. Use light and shadow to show the curvature of surfaces, like the eyelids and forehead
