I can tell you took time making your lines straight the best you can. Seeing some areas bigger and smaller makes it look human. Not to mention, the attention to detail as you draw hair twists. They are not consistent and not forming a noticeable pattern. Very good drawing dreads. Sometimes they can look like sausages if the artist tries to make them big or doesn’t have a realistic idea.

I did! I draw on my phone with my fingers so my lines aren’t the best and I definitely tried to make the pattern varied so that it would look more realistic with the twist lines. I appreciate you noticing that 🙏🏻 it’s just not a hairstyle I can have personally so I was going off of pictures and memory from seeing them

You’re welcome. It reminds me of drawing dreads and I messed up so badly, I had to rethink perspective, lines, detail into the drawing. I see where your top ends, were you going to include more detail to your skirt?
