Shitty artist here so take this with some grains of salt but to me the eyebrows look too large with respect to the eyes. Not sure which features need to shrink or grow but I think the respective sizes are a bit off

I think the face shape is a little off. The chin and jaw should extend further down and there should be a little less forehead. I also think the bottom lip is a little too big

I agree with the eyebrow and lips and in regard to jaw length— I def think he has much more area between his chin and bottom lip in the photo. Also where you put the shine in his eyes make it look like he is looking to the side versus up (but it could just not be shaded yet?) the shine needs to be towards the bottom because if he is looking up, the top will have shadow/very little shine. I hope this makes sense! Overall still very well done!

Shift the nose higher and it’s too straight dead on so put some shadow on the bottom to bring out the perspective. Once you move the nose up you’ll see every the big else needs to be pushed a little higher and add more shadows for the angle

I honestly think most of it is shading right now! It looks off because of the contrast of the eyes and lips when in the photo they’re more similar in color.
