add some shading if possible. and the lashes on the center eye are amazing but the lashes on the other eyes look a tad more stagnant.

honestly it looks really sick as is! the only suggestions i have are shading the inner areas of the wings to create more depth and maybe make the feather shape more consistent throughout? you have some ending in points and some slightly rounded, i personally like the rounded better but you could ask your friend what they prefer!
