not sure if this will exist by you, but art thrift shops!!!! often called creative reuse centers

Walmart, some things from the dollar store.

Not sure if it’s cheaper or not but there’s a giant art store by me called hyatts and I know they ship out. I believe it’s also considered the largest art store in the US

Idk if you have art thrift stores near you but that’s also an option. Regular thrift stores also have stuff sometimes
