When you don’t have a style or know where to start, I would suggest start by drawing cartoon characters so you get the hang of shapes and their relationships with each and also learn to recreate what you see. The more confidence you build the more you can start more complicated things.
That is also why I directed you to animated first because learning every single pet of the body and how they interact can be very confusing and overwhelming. So like animated characters, focus on the main shapes and how they interact with others around them and it will make anatomy much simpler and easier to learn.
As far as resources and inspo, I recommend Pinterest. It’s great for seeing other people’s styles(seeing what you like about them and incorporate certain features in your work), poses, and pretty much anything. Whenever I don’t know what to draw, I usually scroll Pinterest and find something
hey just wanted to tell you that damn these boxes are hard as fuck but now i can totally see why it helps A TON. honestly if i went without this i think when i got to drawing anatomy i would’ve been stuck. im practicing boxes and circles now and im gonna try to draw perspective lines possibly and rotate the boxes.
