No everyone gets downvoted for being mean, honestly :/ it’s about not promoting unsafe ideas. I’m glad OP would only meet people in public. But #1 had a good point, find public resources in your area, it’s gotta be safer and more effective than strangers on an anonymous hobby chat.

I get where yall are coming from, since there are a lot of creeps everywhere on social media. But I’m not one of those and Ik nobody is gonna know that since of course nobody here knows me. That’s why when you see a post like mine or similar. You should always ask about it first if you’re that concerned, or just curious, so on. Instead of assuming what that person will do or how they’ll handle whatever it is. Always speak politely too& to be clear. Not talking about you, just in general saying.

Of course I’ll be careful lol. I never meet anyone right away and without as well speaking to them on their socials. Like Instagram, that way I could know what they look like and do a video call too. If not, then a Live Photo could be sent.
