Years back but, you get the idea. There’s more parts to a hand so breaking it down gives you more of an idea how they bend relative to depth.

I can only do like… three configurations. And I admit there’s stencils, overlays, + the software helps immensely. Hold on I think I have an earlier sketch I used awhile back for reference.

that’s such a precise way to break it down!! you should definitely try teaching art, somehow i can never work anatomy with angles and perspective and you did it effortlessly even in your sample sketch! (this is my favorite way to draw hands)

Even with your sketch you manage to capture a positive creative vibe. 10/10 great job. Many artists think they need pain in their lives to create and right now there’s a high demand for the opposite. 👍🫶🤌
