Looks like a hyper detailed insert that you’d see in old SpongeBob episodes or ren and stimpy

Hey you did rly good!! The skin details are awesome and the shading! Love how you did the knuckles! If you're looking for advice, I'd recommend looking at the angle of the bridge between the thumb and the hand. The angle is a little too sharp there! It gives the hand a more triangle look than a weird rectangle like it should be. And the wrist could have been a bit thicker on the bottom side of it. Or! The cuff of the sleeve could have been drawn at a slightly different angle to make the arm (1)

Look like it goes up more rather than to the left. If that makes sense. The cuff goes from left to right pretty sharply upwards, but if you had it be less upwards and a bit more level it would have made it look like there's more arm there, helping the anatomy of the wrist as well!

Maybe that’s just how their hand is shaped

Or positioned But like do u mean given the wrist position/angle or other position/angle of the palm bones, then the forearm should be coming from a more upward director or?😅What exactly did u mean by the outline guides?

What I’m saying is not everyone has identical anatomy. Some people have a bulging bone on their wrist. Other people have thicker wrists. Longer fingers. Some people’s ring finger is longer than their middle finger. There’s a lot of variety when you start looking at tiny details

Ohk? So as in like this was a compliment to the well done & realistic proportions of the art?

I appreciate you trying to help, but the way I drew it is exactly how her hand was positioned. Her wrist was twisted outwards and lying on a flat surface. This is the reference photo:

Right?? That was one of the big reasons I asked to draw hers instead of my own lol

While you are correct that the shape of the hand can *generally* be simplified to a rectangle, it is not a hard inanimate object. There are muscles, bones, and tendons in the hand that allow it to twist and move, warping that rectangle shape depending on the pose and angle.
