Thatโs not true. The purpose of training is to spark adaptation. Though you can get tired and sore, that should not be the โgoalโ. It can actually hinder results in the long term.

The purpose is to stay active and use ur body,muscles,nerves,circulate blood,burn sugar and fat.Thereโs a reason ppl who exercise complain about โbody part dayโ and they relax.
