Need some tips from the gym guys, I’m 5’5 and 130, F, I want to drop 15 pounds and I use to be skinnier but dont know how to do it now. Be brutal, I don’t want no sugarcoating

One thing I do is I find a workout I really like when I’m trying to cut weight, and I just hyperfocus. For me it’s the punching bag and working on that, I just do a whole lot of it, with cardio breaks inbetween. Channel all emotion into doing it, and just keep going as long as your body permits. Take breaks, but don’t take too long. Remember that you’re doing this to be the best version of yourself, and keep your head up, it’s always a challenge, but health is important

Cardio, running/walking a mile everyday, light weights and higher reps
