
One thing I do is I find a workout I really like when I’m trying to cut weight, and I just hyperfocus. For me it’s the punching bag and working on that, I just do a whole lot of it, with cardio breaks inbetween. Channel all emotion into doing it, and just keep going as long as your body permits. Take breaks, but don’t take too long. Remember that you’re doing this to be the best version of yourself, and keep your head up, it’s always a challenge, but health is important
