Fun fact, frequent canker sores are a little-known symptom of celiac disease and vitamin deficiencies

Herpes is HSV-2. Cold sores can also be caused by HSV-1. Just don’t kiss anyone with an active cold sore and don’t speculate on why they have one.

And fun fact, mouth herpes CAN transfer to genital herpes if someone performs oral with a cold sore. Stay safe out there yall

If you have a cold sore go get L-lysine and it will be gone in a few days

A variety but the ones I’ve heard are b12 and iron. Have you been tested for celiac though?

Personally no because I almost certainly don’t have celiac but I think I have a vitamin deficiency or two for various reasons so this was helpful!

My cousin was totally blindsided by her celiac diagnosis. She said she was just tired all the time, no gut pain or anything. It’s worth asking for the blood test if you can

Also if you have multiple vitamin deficiencies you should get checked out for celiac. It’s actually crazy how many people have it without classical symptoms. It can silently wreak havoc for years
