
I have the same problem. Working out helps, I feel like my body gets bulkier but it keeps the same shape it had before so I still recognize myself. It feels less wrong, like there’s just more of me and less like I’m trapped by stuff that isn’t me. I try to only assess my body if I’ve recently used the bathroom or I know my hormones aren’t going crazy bc there’s no sense spiralling over smthn that’ll be gone by tomorrow.
