And I have plenty. That’s the reason why I take the time to try and listen + repeat their order to make sure I didn’t miss or mistake anything. My job is very customer centered, kind of like retail and oftentimes people already come in thinking they can talk to you a certain way. You can only have so much patience

Yeah I wasn’t trying to say you don’t have patience or anything! I just meant like you BOTH have to have patience like they also have to be aware that some people might not understand what they’re saying right away
