hon i don’t think you get it, they are following our laws. they’re paying taxes, they’re trying to get citizenship but it currently takes about 17 years for someone to become a citizen following all of the necessary steps. most of them are doing it the right way

Illegals immigrants have to pay all the same taxes we do and pay into social security WHICH THEY CANT USE BTW, can’t obtain any mental health services, often make less than minimum wage, and don’t speak up about mistreatment from landlords in fear of deportation. Also make up around 6-7% of the manual labor force. Please educate yourself, that’s just sad.

Not AI. It’s a case I found to use in a memorandum for school. Trump lost that case because he couldn’t hit the 4 factors of fair use. Lack of transformativeness was the hard hitter, Electric Avenue is a highly creative work so it gets high copyright protection, he used the song in most of the video, and there was economic impact on the song (potential markets was the more specific reason). If Sabrina’s situation is anything like that case, there’s a high chance he’ll lose in court.
