eating habits- walking and pilates (can do at home- look up on youtube)- be consistent

Just start with portion control and eating better foods. If you can start walking more every day and develop a good workout routine. It’s a long process but you need to be nice to yourself through it all trust u got this!!!

Learn to cook instead of fast food. You'll get more enjoyment out of making spaghetti with some pot roast and vegetables than a quick/easy but bleh taco bell. Spaghetti/pasta and vegetables cooked together. Roast - 3hrs in instant pot does the trick

don’t focus on cutting junk food (cuz that’s unrealistic) but ADD to ur diet!! so for example if u have 2 donuts for breakfast try having a donut and a banana instead. things like that. consistency is key! working out everyday, smaller portions, and adding to my diet completely changed everything for me
