
i recommend doing little things first; loving you’re body, don’t hate it bc u need each other to survive and it’s beautiful and healthy; if u wanna change ur diet or smth to loose weight healthily, start w little things in ur diet, don’t starve yourself but maybe substitute with yogurt and granola, if u wanna work out, start with hot girl walks on the treadmill or around campus. what ppl truly notice is not your weight but how u feel in ur own skin - feel as beautiful as u already are 🫶
