I got Mirena (hormonal not copper)! The worst part is the cramps afterwards, but getting it put in was pretty quick.

my friend has a copper iud and she liked it but be warned for it to sit properly inside of u during sx you have to be turned on. that causes ur vg to lift and the iud to get into place. if he puts it in before this you’re gonna have massive problems w bleeding

it hurt so bad getting it in (i got the kyleena) like SO BAD. now my cramps are worse and im still bleeding after having it for a month, but it’s worth it to not get pregnant

my mom's embedded itself in her uterus and she can't afford to get it removed

like a horrid period cramp x5 but it’s worth it. i didn’t want the one in my arm cause they said it can take up to 2 hours for them to find it and dig it out of you

understatement of the century, according to Nexplanon's own website it can be impossible to remove it and has been found in arteries and lungs
