i was just in the bathroom and it's at least 2. depends on a persons height and proportions, the height of the bowl. keep in mind the distance of that angle is greater than either the vertical or horizontal distance. also these are not excuses these are the physical realities of standing while pissing. i still think men need to figure it out and clean after. but absolutely nobody said anything about cleaning; which men need to do better. everybody is talking about aiming

also a little over a foot is multiple feet. you wouldn't say "1.5 foot tall" you would say "1.5 *feet* tall"

lastly, people with vaginas are overconfident in their own aim. as somebody who's mainly lived with them, y'all miss all the time, wetting the entire seat. plus many of y'all seem to assume you don't have to check and end up leaving droplets all over

I live with women and men, the ONLY time there has ever been anything on the seat or on the wall (!!!) is after men use the bathroom. It doesn’t matter if women also get piss on the seat because nine times out of ten they clean it up, unlike men who tend to just leave it. There’s also no way for people with vaginas to “overestimate” their aim btw, we have to SIT where we pee 😭

every single time i've lived with women it's gotten to the point where i have to ask them to actually check when they're done. one time when i was gone overnight my roommate messaged me about HER piss on the seat that she refused to believe was hers until she checked Life360 and saw i hadn't been home for nearly 48 hours great that your roommates were diligent but that is not universal never said "overestimate". i said overconfident in aim, because y'all can in fact miss horribly(see above)

women are on average more clean than a man. They are more likely to clean up after themselves because they’ve been raised in a different way than men. if you’re raised as a girl you’re basically taught to be ashamed of bodily functions, while boys are raised to believe that everything will be cleaned for them.

the post only mentions aim, not cleanup. when i started commenting, not a single comment had mentioned cleanup. i am talking strictly about the difficult of aiming a stream (possibly split into multiple streams) several feet at an angle. i don't blame people (men, women or otherwise) for missing, but i do for not cleaning up. idk why y'all are so fixated on that when i explicitly agreed. i'm tired of this discussion
