hiii what i did is switched from vape to cigs! You cant smoke them all the time plus youre not inhaling whatever random toxins vapes have. Im down to roughly 2 cigs a day whereas I normally would go through a vape every 1-2 weeks hope this helped

I also feel way better no more headaches or mood swings when i cant hit and my tummy feels a lot better (i would get rlly nauseous after hitting sometimes)
