i woke up super anxious from a bad dream, found out my pos ex is an emt so i’m worried for everyone where he lives and now im having a really hard time trying to get in the shower. does anyone have any advice that might help?

there are like 6 ppl that go out in an ambulance it’s not just one person so if he’s really bad at his job luckily there will be people who are good
