
Oh hell no I would crash out. It is healthiest for our bodies to sleep in temps 60-67 degrees. During the day it’s fine for it to be a little higher but our bodies naturally heat up when sleeping, so if this is the temp that you are sleeping in that is seriously concerning in my opinion.
i totally get this but like when a roommate complains about being hot while wearing sweatpants, long sleeves and a hoodie and then they ask you to turn down the temp while you’re actively in shorts and a t shirt i just sit there like “ik your ass has a couple options left before asking me to turn down the temp for you”😭😭💀
