You can report the failure to house train as abuse, which it is, btw. And have the animal’s protections revoked so she can’t have it on campus anymore (the most ethical choice)

I got one with a cat and they don’t be cleaning after the cat and litter stinks. And they don’t be leaving it water then leave for days, so sometimes it roams looking for water.
