I’d go a step further: photograph all your stuff and move whatever you can’t to places where she can’t get to them (your locked room, your car, a friend’s place, etc)

I’d be more worried about the little stuff. Big stuff like furniture is harder to take with no one noticing, easier to realize it’s missing, and easier to take legal action (civil or criminal) against if taken.

i second this. i took pics of my stuff before my rm tried to steal my xbox. i even got the serial number and when i told him i was getting police involved he returned it and said it was an "accident" (it was in my bedroom the entire time i lived there)
