“Hey roommate, I get that you want to spend time with your boyfriend, but if he’s gonna be more than four days a week he needs to help out with chores here and there. At bare minimum he needs to clean up after himself including dishes and trash without being asked. We’re all adults here and should all be responsible for ourselves.” If he’s not officially on the lease I wouldn’t refer to him as living there, especially if he’s not paying rent.
