Don’t ever do anything for her, document evidence of her failing to clean while you continue doing so after yourself, check your lease for specific terms of tidiness/damage requirements (ie not taking out trash is against many lease agreements due to the attraction of bugs, which landlords legally must have dealt with), and then report her to the landlord for breeching lease requirements
