Tell her if she wants you to stay she can pay your damn rent. Your living arrangements isn’t something she needs to be “okay with”. When the lease ends there’s nothing she can do yk

She offered to pay more rent to take the stress off which i appreciate but i don’t want that to be an issue later down the line, the lease isn’t over until December
