I’m gonna be honest after the cops had to be called I would’ve been banned him from the apartment. Absolutely go over and tell them to stop if you feel it’s safe to do so. If they wanna fight they can go somewhere else it’s your place too and you don’t deserve to be in the middle of that.

I recommend going to your roommate next time she’s alone/the bf isn’t in the apartment and tell her directly that she can’t keep having fights like that in the apartment. Stress that this isn’t you demanding they break up (which it sounds like they need to do anyways but it has to be her decision if she does) but that all the fighting makes you feel very unsafe and uncomfortable, especially since the cops have been involved before.

i went to the leasing office just now and asked they said they did give her a notice to leave and if he comes back call and let them know and they’ll handle the situation

I’m not surprised that the leasing office would want her gone if she helped cause a visit from the police within a single month of living there. Here’s hoping she heeds the notice and that the cops don’t have to visit you again.

hopefully she moves out soon, the overwhelming feeling of dread and lack of safety i’m feeling in my home rn honestly makes me wanna cry. i hate not being to live with my door open and now having to lock it when im home

I hope so too, and do call the office if he’s comes back it sounds like they want to officially trespass him from the property if they haven’t already, which may prove instrumental in your roommate actually leaving.
