Buy a bunch of random keys, attach key tags with their phone number and throw them all over town. Sign them up for random mailing lists. Add lubricant to their hand soap. I’m sorry I’m lame…

Tuna method. Highly controversial but you open a can of tuna slightly and duct tape it to the underside of their bed. Will cause unimaginable suffering. But if youre caught you could be held liable for property damage so watch out

You can also simplify this by just tossing a piece of tuna into a part of their room. Less risky but less stink as well
